2. Approach and methodology
The project will utilize use a phased approach over 36 months, building on the experience of GOPA in the region and the lessons learnt learned from the previous phase.
The team will work closely with the ministry of energy Ministry of Energy and the regulatory authority (GNERC) to prepare the tariff methodology and the secondary legislation.
